I'm too hot, spent all day indoors wearing next to nothing with curtains closed.

Currently 19 weeks pregnant and been vomiting all day - can't keep anything down, first pregnancy so naturally worrying that baby isn't getting anything, I'm hungry but the thought of anything is making me feel sick 😷

Have you spoken to your GP about antisickness medicine?

Icelollies should help keep you hydrated.

You poor thing that sounds horrible. Can I suggest carbs. Salty crackers, dry cereal and still lemonade. That's what got me through the first 20 weeks with dc3. Baby will get what they need from you. You may feel terrible but that little one will strip you of all nutrients it can so don't worry to much.

I've been so lucky I haven't had morning sickness. I'm just trying to drink water to stay hydrated, and keeping cool, will try the ice lollies thank you xx
