Hi , wondering if anyone had same issues or concerns before.

I went to hospital on Wednesday as nocticed alittle blood they gave me an early scan said I'm 6weeks as we wasn't sure on the date as having pcos. Told me to come back next Friday to check if has grown and there is a heart beat. I am still bleeding a little fresh blood with tiny blood clots and the rest is brown like slime. I have alittle cramping like having a normal period. I am wondering if I am having a miscarriage or what as I can't wait until Friday seems too far away.

This is my first pregnancy and have been waiting 4 years for this. Please help any advice or stories are welcome.

No real advice, OP, but didn't want to read and run. Sending you good wishes! I understand the heart starts beating around 6 weeks, so it's definitely possible that the scan was just a bit too early. I had horrible period-like cramps weeks 4-7, so uncomfortable, but saw a little heart beating at 7+4! A lot of ladies seem to have some kind of bleeding, and it often works out fine. Try and distract yourself so the wait doesn't feel as long, and stay hydrated and positive! Fingers crossed for you :)

No advice just sending good luck and happy thoughts. I lost one at 8 weeks last year and i'm now 21 weeks pregnant. I didnt have bleeding or anything i just took another pregnancy test out of curiosity and it was negative, saw the doc and they then said its a mc and two days later bleeding etc started. I have had some bleeding in this pregnancy and been told its very common, both fresh blood and the browny slime. Not trying to scare you just trying to show there really is no way to predict and i totally understand the fear and frustration at just having to wait.

I really hope all goes well for you!

Thanks for the post and yeah you can't predict what's going to happen. But the bleeding is now getting worse and worse. Not sure what to do.

Can you go to A&E? If its getting worse id be going and plonking myself down there and asking for a scan. If the bleeding is getting heavier and your last scan was wednesday its not unreasonable to be asking for some one to help you.

Please get them to check you out again if it is getting worse. I hated all the waiting around. MC are very common but it doesn't make it any better when it's happening. Look after yourself and don't take no for an answer. Flowers
