Hi all
I posted a couple of days ago as I was having a few cramping pains in my ovary area and general period like cramps. I had an ectopic last year that was very difficult time for me so as you can imagine I panicked. Anyway I was sent for a early scan as the ectopic pregnancy had ruptured at 5weeks 4 days.
I went for the scan today and the baby ( gestational sac and yolk ) were in the right place. I have to return for another scan as there was a small amount of free fluid near my ovary and it was a bit tender. The lady who scanned said she can't see the reason why and that I would need to come back to make sure the pregnancy is progressing and what is going on with the free fluid.
Has anyone experiences this "pocket of free fluid "
