Inducing labour!!

So I've just had sex and elevated myself for about three minutes! I've done my nipple stimulation and now I'm waiting!
Has anybody had any hope with these techniques to induce?
I'm 38+3 and slowly losing my mucus plug! I really hope it works because I'm so done 😅😞

I walked LOADS in the days before I gave birth and bounced on a birthing ball a lot. I also had pretty vigorous sex about half hour before before my waters broke and labour started, so my entirely unscientific view, with a sample size of one, is that it works! Good luck !

Sex worked for me but I was already 40+4. My contractions faded out to almost nothing a few hours after labour started so we had sex again, fell asleep, lo and behold I woke up after an hour and they'd started again I do believe the sex works due to the prostaglandin in sperm, which I hear is the same hormone in the pessary used for inductions... However it's not going to work when your body and your baby are not ready yet. 38 weeks might be full term but unfortunately it might be another 3 weeks before your baby is ready to come out!

I drunk so much raspberry leaf tea. Gallons of the stuff. Baby came 3 days before due date but it was a quick uncomplicated labour.

I used to jump and bounce with my legs open on the bed as I didn't have a ball I used to eat allot of chilli in my food scotch bonnets but what I think got it was I scooped my mucus plug out with a spoon then I got in a reallllly hot bath and I had my first contraction she came 6hrs later a week early
