Pregnancy symptoms

I have a daughter who is not one yet. I feel nauseous all the time, I'm permanently exhausted, I'm boiling hot, I'm emotional like a crazy lady and my nipples are so sensitive. I feel like I'm pregnant but two tests have come back negative.

I've had some health issues where my periods have been all over the place so I can't tell if I've missed one so I don't know if I'm testing too early. Can the doctors tell any earlier or do I just have to keep testing and waiting

Hi their, I've already got 3 children myself.. (all grown up now) but trying to concieve again, I do have an under active thyroid meaning my hormones are all over the place but I'm on tablets for this condition. My last period was on 12th may so I'm 6 days late at the moment, taking sevenseas tablets to (trying for a baby) I've did about 6 pregnancy tests so far.. all negatives!! I do get light cramps but no period follows? I'm gutted 😔
