When I was labour with my first my husband was a little useless apart from his encouragement. Also I got to the stage I did not want anyone to touch me, don't know why just took me away from my 'Zone' I think.
This time round I have got the early labour massaging to a T, legs and back - tennis ball is amazing but my question is how many other woman who have gone through labour find the massaging useful and or been freaked out and don't want to be touched. Due date is nearing and got a million worries going through my head 😨

I didn't do any massage etc.
I found I wanted to be left in peace to labour. I certainly didn't want to be touched! My first was back to back though. Had a water birth and insisted DH poured water over my back continuously through every contraction!
What's worrying you?

Only had 1 and I didnt even want to hear anyone else breath let alone touch me. I'd be happy if it was just me and midwife but on the other hand I thought I was going to die from the pain so would want my mum or partner to stand in the corner being silent.

First birth was a little traumatic for me so being a little the more in control and a bit of forth planning this time round to make it a little easier. Basically I was refused pain relief. Waters broke before a scheduled section and pretty much left to get on with it. He was back to back and was put on drip to induce labour. So it's normal to want to be left to focus and not want to be touched?
