What are these symptoms!

Hello all!
I have been on the implant for 6 years and had this taken out on the 3rd and have been having intercourse every couple of days.
Now I don't know weather it's just my body adapting back but I have a few weird symptoms such as:
Stomach cramps, bloating and constipation
I get sharp pains in my ovary area
Sharp achy pains in my boobs
I don't know if these are just normal things for my body adjusting or if they could be symptoms of early pregnancy like a week?

There is very very very little chance you've had time for cycle to restart, ovulate, fertilise in 10 days.

It's far far more likely to be changes of hormone levels causing PMT type symptoms

I did think that, I was on my period when I had it removed and my gp said that when I would be highly fertile once the implant was out like within days but I do just think my body hates me after taking its hormones away after 6 years

no it doesn't hate you, it's just the levels are changing so it will take some time to settle down

Most of the 'PMT' type symptoms of changing hormone levels are very similar to early pregnancy.

But still far too early to be pregnancy

You could be ovulating, I get cramps and sharp pains when I'm ovulating but only when I'm not on any hormonal birth control.
