Ds 1 was 37 weeks plus 5 days
Ds 2 was 40 weeks plus to days

10storeylovesong · 12/06/2017 13:36

I'm hoping later! My first came at 27+2. I'm currently 24+1 with second.

tootsieglitterballs · 12/06/2017 13:43

Gosh, that is early! Fingers crossed for you!

I'm only 16+3 but have had my consultant and birth choices meetings (following a very long induction last time due to reduced movement, full labour, pushing for an hour which then ended in EMCS due to my sons heart rate dipping) .
We have decided to try for a natural labour this time , and need to start thinking at what point do I do a c section instead. My consultant thinks I'll go over again this time, so I'm thinking 41 weeks to give fair chance of it happening. I will not be induced again.

Last time, they broke my waters at 40+8 and as they were about to break them, they said I was 'trickling' so they would have gone naturally at that point.

#1 40+6
#2 39+5 (via section but was transverse and surgeon said she had absolutely no intentions of shifting)

itchi · 12/06/2017 18:44

My first came on her due date.
My second was 17 days late.

xflipflopx · 12/06/2017 21:42

My first was 41 weeks
Second 39+5

Oysterbabe · 12/06/2017 21:42

I'm hoping for later too. First was 35+5.

YoureNotASausage · 12/06/2017 21:44

Later.

needsomesunshineandwine · 12/06/2017 21:53

Mines was later, induced and born in the sac.

I am hoping no.3 doesn't keep us hanging until 49+14 like no.2.

stripeyboys · 12/06/2017 21:57

DC1 was born at 42 week and 1 day after a three day induction.

DC2 was born all of his own accord at 41 weeks

Applesandpears23 · 12/06/2017 21:57

39+6 followed by 40+3

TriJo · 12/06/2017 22:47

Hoping for earlier, DS was 41+1.

Not good form for it in the family though... my younger brother (the second born) was induced at 43+0...

tootsieglitterballs · 13/06/2017 08:58

Thanks everyone!

Oh gosh, it looks like more are later than earlier 😳!

I guess only time will tell!

Both of mine came at 37weeks exactly.
DS1 waters broke at 36+2, 1 day waiting, 4 days induced labour Confused then emergency section
DS2 planned section brought forward to 37wks, morning of section waters broke naturally anyway as I was getting ready for theatre, still had section it was just a bit soggier than expected.
I do the whole 'gush like in the movies' thing when my waters break its a rather dramatic start to proceedingsGrin

RosePrincess87 · 13/06/2017 14:38

First baby 36+6, consultant was adamant baby 2 would also be early. 37+6 with number 2 and absolutely no signs of labour!

wonky also had a full blown Hollywood style birth. Waters broke out of nowhere and then made dash to the hospital. Made it just in time.

Acorncat · 13/06/2017 17:40

Later for me - 39+6 for first, 40+5 for second.

TemporalUser5k · 13/06/2017 17:54

@needsomesunshineandwine

Please say that was a typo and you meant 40+14! Terrifying thought to be that pregnant Grin

PuckeredAhole · 13/06/2017 18:13

39+5
40+1

DilysMoon · 13/06/2017 18:23
