Heavy bleeding

Hi all,
I wonder if any of you can help me..I am 11 weeks pregnant and I have heavy bleeding and bad cramps in lower abdomen since yesterday...I am really scared..went to emergency today they said to come back tomorrow morning..I am thinking all about miscarriage..please can someone tell me anyone in this situation before and still had a healthy pregnancy

Oh OP I am so sorry to hear this.. I had a MC at 12 weeks and it was hard but time will heal. I hope you've got all the support you need around you. Xx

Thanks for your kind words..yes it's really hard..I have taken this week off work and husband is working from home...how long did you have the bleeding for?
