Hi

Im currently 29 wks pregnant. I have gestational diabetes as well as group b strep 😔 last few days i have been feeling so ill.

Today already i have been sick 4/5 times feel so shaky sore head eyes really puffy and sore (red raw feeling) anyone else feel like this the further on they got?

I already have 2 kids but felt nothing like this with their pregnancy. With them i only had gestational diabetes and not group b strep.

Sorry you're feeling rough. Flowers

Indoor have diabetes, but I do have Strep B. Will they be testing you nearer your due date to see if you still have it? I know it can come and go and the most accurate time to test is 36-39 weeks.

Regarding your symptoms, is definitely speak to a midwife over them. The feeling shaky can be to do with low blood sugar, so make sure you are eating regularly, but you do need to get it looked at.

Hope you feel better soon.

They said cos im having an elective section (youngest boy will only be 16 months at due date and he was emergency section) they wont test me again as i will get anti biotics anyways during the section.

Going to go to nhs 24 see what they say as it is the itchy eyes etc that is bothering me the most. Just think sickness will be worse the more i am pregnant this time.
