No heartbeat at 7 weeks 😔 Any positive stories?

I had an early reassurance scan and was told baby measured CRL 0.93cm and am 7 weeks but that there is no heartbeat and that there should be at this stage.
I'm now booked for a repeat scan next week but don't know whether to accept the news or hold out some hope that there is a heartbeat at the next scan.
The imaging wasn't very clear on my scan and all I could actually see was the foetal pole which was pointed out to me.
Has anyone experienced this and gone to have a heartbeat later on?
I'm so scared that I'll start spontaneously bleeding any point 😔

Is there a chance you could be earlier than expected? I went at what I thought was 7w 2 days and only saw the sac and yolk, told it looked around 5 weeks. Went a week later so just under 6 weeks and saw the beginnings of a fetal pole and a hb. I was convinced I was at least a week further. X

@Hotpinkangel19 I know from ovulation is 5wk 5 days but I know they go from LMP. I am hoping it is just too early. I'm just driving myself crazy on google in the meantime!

From ovulation you'll be perfect ten I would have said x

Just to update, growth had stopped at 7 weeks and I am now miscarrying x

Hi, just been having a read through the thread. I’m currently 7 weeks 2 days, well I thought I was 8. I’ve been in and out of early pregnancy unit at least 5 times, in such a short space of time. Went for a scan today, only to tell me no heartbeat has been detected. They want to bring me back next week for another scan. This is absolute torture.
Any advice please
