This is my 2nd pregnancy (just 5+3 wks in), last time I had an epidural after 36 hours of vomiting, failed induction, 17 attempts at a spinal and finally EMCS under general anaesthetic. So I want to make a special effort to be healthy and strong this time to try and minimise the risk of repeating my previous birth experience - I'd love your tips.
I'm focusing on avoiding sugar and going swimming a couple of times a week. I've just started a pregnancy pilates DVD too - but I am really hungry all the time and also knackered (just pg symptoms - I'm not working that hard!). Could do with some advice on what has worked for others x
