I'm 22+5 with DCDA twins. Both scans have been fine. Heard heartbeats at every midwife appointment. But still not getting regular movement Sad it's my first pregnancy and I don't want to bother my midwives as I do get small flutters but I just thought it would be a little more regular by now :(

Haven't got another appointment until the last week of june. Next scan is at 28 weeks.

Trying my hardest to relax and enjoy but then you read posts about people losing a twin and you think to yourself how do I actually know they are both ok. Feel like I'm on my own :( still another 2 weeks until my next appointment.
Sorry having a moment

Hey op thats natural. Hopefully youre having lots of appointments and scans. Try and get to know each babys pattern its very hard i know. My bottom twin also couldn't really be felt much ... but they used to move at different times of day. If you have any concerns about movements for either twin go in to be checked, don't hesitate

Have you heard of kickscount? They have some really useful info on monitoring baby's patterns.

I don't have regular enough movements to count. Still not kicking fully.

I'm 23weeks so some say it'll be in the next week or so.

Before finding out I was pregnant I competed allot in dressage so had pretty strong core muscles.

At my 20wk scan they said their feet were behind my belly button so that could be another reason for lack of kicks

Try not to worry too much then, you've hopefully got a long way to go (ie as mine came at 31 weeks!) As i said when movements do get more regular you can keep an eye on their movement. I don't think mine got into proper patterns till about 26 weeks.
