Centiles

I had a scan this morning and baby was measuring at smack bang on the 50th centile - 2lbs at 28+5. I had a little inner chuffdy badge and was pleased that she's measuring well. The midwife said that babies rarely stay the same though and not to think too much about it.
I know it shouldn't matter but I've eaten well and would like to think some of it is down to me making healthy choices. Has anyone else measured around the same and then it's completely changed by due date? Or have most people stayed roughly within the same centile? Cheers.

Mine have all stayed on roughly the same centile in utero. Dc4 had the most variation going between 7th & 9th. Dc1 was 1st, dc2 5th & dc3 10 all with minimal variation. It's not necessarily the line they stay on after birth though.

My dd was 4lb6 at 32 weeks and was then 10lb when born...auch! but i ate veeeery healthy and I believe that was the reason she was so big :)
