I am currently 25+3. Started feeling movement at 24 weeks. Have felt baby kicking every day since then, especially at night. Can also see my stomach moving when it does
Had a midwife appointment yesterday and she told me it wouldn't be regular yet. But it has felt regular to me.

But I havent felt anything at all since yesterday around lunchtime. Also had no symptoms as I am usually sick every morning. Dont know what to do, should I contact my midwife??

Yes, she will send you for a scan to ensure all is okay with baby. I know my baby's movements, like you, and if I hadn't felt anything for more than a day, I'd get it checked just to be safe

I was told to lie on left side and drink cold water to wake baby up, if nothing after 1 hour then to contact them. Chocolate & fizzy juice woke mine up quite quickly.

I was also told after 24 weeks that they should be regular so trust your instincts. Hopefully just being lazy 😊

Call your midwife or maternity triage. Worst case scenario is you go in and get a CTG and scan showing a baby who suddenly starts kicking like mad (this happened to me
a couple of weeks ago).

Well not worst, but you know what I mean. It never hurts to go and get checked out.

Thank you will try the cold drink now x

try fresh orange juice and a lie down afterwards

cant you just give him a prod? That's what I used to do.

Lie on your left side that usually brings on my baby's movements and after a fizzy drink or chocolate or something sugary I'm sure everything's fine but try that if not contact your midwife x
