Difference between pregnancies

What's everyone experience in terms of differences between your pregnancies?

With my DS, I had a lot more energy, was sick 9-22 weeks, didn't have any migraines (I'm normally a sufferer) , craved fresh fruit and ice cold water, and my libido was through the roof!

This pregnancy (currently 16 weeks) I'm shattered all the time (but I do have a toddler at home) I've hardly been sick - more nauseous - I've had so many headaches, and I've craved bread, chips, crisps (basically anything stodgy that's bad for me) and my libido has virtually disappeared - poor hubby!

With DD I was sick until 15/16 weeks and had food aversion well beyond that, had hardly any appetite, low libido.

Current pregnant (15 weeks) the nausea ended a few weeks ago and I'm eating like a pig, but also much more tired. Higher libido this time though!

Hugely different.
As in sickness, tiredness, what I craved, what I could tolerate eating.

It's really interesting to hear the differences between pregnancies. I'd love to learn more about experiences of pregnancy followed by the birth experience - just wonder if there's a correlation between certain things!

I had a terrible labour with my DS which ended in an EMCS, and was warned by a healthcare professional that I'd probably labour similarly second time around (how much truth there is in that I'm not sure), so it will be interesting to see how it actually goes, based on having such a different pregnancy so far...

Mine sounds exactly the same as yours OP. Hoping labour will be a much more positive experience second time around though!
I know everyone says every pregnancy is different, but I didn't expect the difference to be so extreme!

With DD, I felt sick as a dog until 10 weeks and had horrific cramps up until a similar point. Very sore boobs too. Then felt quite normal until 30 weeks when I felt tired and my BP went sky high. I was very swollen and puffy for the last few weeks too. Was induced at 38 weeks in the end.

This time, I felt sick on and off until 18 weeks. No cramping or sore boobs at all. Have been much more tired this time, but assume that's from running around after DD all the time. BP has stayed much better controlled and I've had minimal swelling. Currently 34 weeks and an induction is not currently in the plan.
