Sleeping issues

I'm only 8+1 but I'm having huge problems sleeping. Can't get comfy, then I'm too hot (live in a country where it is 45 degrees most days but with AC) then a get sore, then I waken up for a pee, then I have the WEIRDEST dreams, then i start thinking all sorts of dodgy things and things that could go wrong, then I feel ill if I sleep on either side. I am absolutely exhausted. Last night it was 2.15 last time I checked and the alarm went off at 5.15. Any advice? I used to put a few drops of lavender oil on my pillow at night and felt that this really relaxed me however in a conversation with the midwife last week, she said I shouldn't use lavender oil.

It's the hormones. It does start to get better once your body adjusts. I bought a relaxing pillow mist spray and had relaxing bath oils. I also found I felt better when I really upped my water intake even though I didn't feel thirsty.

I don't really have any advice but just wanted to say omg same Flowers

8+4 and I sleep terribly at the moment! Its that early morning wee that disrupts everything and I can't lay on my front because my boobs are so sore. I really hope it gets better soon. I've been looking at special pillows - have you considered one?
