First time pregnancy. Had cramping for the last few hours on my right hand side. It's not unbearable like I'm not doubled over but it's painful ane really uncomfortable. Rang the midwife she told me to lay on my left hand side and drink loads of water. My question is how long is it meant to last for? It's been hours now and I'm terrified should I just go the a&e at this point?
