Is very low tummy pain normal?

Hi all,

I've recently done a few pregnancy tests... one clear blue on Sunday which said 1-2weeks pregnant. This was followed the following day by two different digital tests which showed negative. Today I did two first response tests - both positive.

I'm three days past my period due date. Since last week I've had sore boobs, really bad heart burn (5days running now) and dizziness. I've also got clear discharge (sorry for dets 😮) something I've not had around period time before

In the last three days I've had back ache and very low tummy pain (sort of on the left side). Are these pains/cramps normal? I'm worried I might have an early MC. This is my first pregnancy so really no idea.

Any advice?

Thanks xx

When you say pain, do you mean vague discomfort sensations or sharp intrusive pain that really hurts? Not to alarm you but back/shoulder tip pain and one-sided abdominal pain could be an ectopic pregnancy. It's probably a bit early for ectopic to show symptoms but I'd be concerned with those symptoms. Can you get a medical appointment? And maybe read up on ectopic symptoms to see if they match? Really hope it isn't, best wishes.

Mmm I really hope not. I just quickly read some symptoms and mine sound a bit different (I hope).

The pain in my back is very low back pain, just above my bum. More of a dull ache. The tummy pains are a bit like cramps but worse than id normally have with periods and they last for most of the day. Now and again I get a sharp twinge in the left side of tummy.

I guess I will have to see what happens but really hope it's nothing. The earliest I could get a docs appointment is the 19th June 😞
