So I'm about 31 weeks and am starting to experience all kinds of little pains. Back ache, skin itching/stretching etc. AND this week got a wave of Braxton Hicks. I honestly just kept thinking I was getting crazy painful stitches whilst walking! I happened to be at the hospital getting my whooping cough injections so asked and they explained all!
Anyone else experiencing them? Any advice how to deal with them? Etc. Etc. Xxxxx

If they are hurting that badly and regular I would just get checked out to be on the safe side . I had Braxton Hicks will all four of mine and while they were uncomfortable they were never unbearable

I can barely remember them now as my LO is 6 months old but I use to run a bath and put loads of bath salts in and just lie there for a good hour.

They can be linked to dehydration so make sure you're drinking plenty. Switching activity should help too, so if you're lying down, move around & if you're up & about have a rest. That being said I agree with RCM if they're regular & painful it's worth getting checked out to rule out preterm labour.
