Lower abdominal pain

Hi all, after some advice...

I'm 36+4 with my first baby and for the last 2 weeks or so I've been getting an ache in my lower belly. It's like period pain but quite achy and only at the bottom of my belly, not all over. I mentioned it to my midwife and she suggested maybe PGP but I don't think it's in my pelvis, and it doesn't hurt to walk, turn over on bed etc. I thought maybe it was baby's head pressing down but I don't know if she's that far down yet? I don't think she's dropped down yet... My urine dip test was fine last week so don't think it's a UTI - but is that always picked up in the dip test?

Maybe it's just a normal part of being pregnant?!

Turns out this was baby's head pressing on my cervix, just had a sweep and am 1cm dilated. Midwife was quite surprised but it explains the period type pain x
