Early preg. Symptoms stopped. 5 prev MC

Hello,
Bit of background, TTC 6.5yrs, 5 mc no live births, last 2 MC following ICSI, last natural conception in 2013!
Was very surprised last week to get BFP. Had mega period pain but AF didn't appear so did test and nearly fell over in shock!! Since then have had lot of nausea but no sore boobs, but then nausea stopped yesterday and now I feel nothing.
You'd think after all I've been through I'd have learnt to stop over analysing but unfortunately it seems to get worse! Every pregnancy has been different in terms of symptoms but they've all resulted in MC between 6 and 11 weeks.
Any good news stories re disappearing early symptoms would really cheer me up please! Xx

Preg after 6 mc and am now 19 weeks and still worried every day!

My symptoms often came and went this time resulting in hysterical crying from me! They still are doing that - I'll have a few days of not vomiting - panic and then it come back...I feel like crap but more assured....I had regular scans - some from my ivf clinic, some private and some from my rec mis clinic. I think they are the only things which got me through. I just lived week by week and am still doing the same (although it is much better)
Just to mention in my 2 missed miscarriages my symptoms never changed and I had no idea until a scan

So symptoms mean very little. Stay strong and hoping this is ur rainbow xxxx

Thanks Tryingno1, I'm so happy for you after all your MC that this one is sticking! There are few people who I can talk to who understand that after so many MC and years of trying I am a complete nervous wreck at the sight of a BFP! Every day drags! My last one i had weekly scans at the ivf clinic. Saw heartbeat in first 2 scans but it had gone in the third.
Because this one is natural I'll phone the early pregnancy clinic tomorrow. I know I just need to take each day as it comes, it's just sooooo hard!
I really do have everything crossed that you pregnancy goes very smoothly this time x
