26 weeks this weekend with DC2. I worked out throughout my entire pregnancy until DD was born. Last night I overdid the press ups and squats and I'm in agony today. My shoulder is sore and so is my my tummy. Feels like I've pulled muscles but with occasional sharp pains. Must add I've experienced what I believe to be horrendous indigestion due to eating so late the past 2 nights and far too much. Should I be overly worried? How long can indigestion last and does it feel like you can't expel wind? (FAR TMI!!!)
