Etopic or early pregnancy

Had my scan today after being referred to EPU due to bleeding for 24 hours when I wiped not heavy. Doctors did a scan and virginal scan and cannot see anything they think I could be having an etopic pregnancy but because I'm not in any pain or bleeding they said I could still be pregnant but very very early days.. has anyone gone through this? Had bloods done 789 have to go back Sunday for more

At 789 you might not see anything. Once your levels reach 1200 or so if they still can't see anything they should presume ectopic and treat accordingly.
Do you know when you ovulated?

No idea I had my implant out 9 weeks ago didn't have a period while on it or after it came out I just tested as I didn't have a period and got a clear blue 1-2. I go abroad next Sunday so hopefully gets sorted either way 😔

1-2 I think means your levels suggest you are less than 2 weeks past ovulation. I've had early scans where they could see a sac (earliest was 2 weeks 2 days past ovulation) but earlier might be v hard, and that scan was done by a v experienced consultant.

If it is ectopic I would think you'll need to cancel your holiday. fingers crossed it's not.

I had a 2-3 test last week only had bleeding for one day not heavy atall and no pain. They either Think I'm very early, etopic or have had a miscarriage. Go for more tests tomorrow morning hopefully find out more Monday..

I had a ruptured ectopic in 2013. I felt like I had indigestion all day and then I suddenly got the worse pain I've ever felt in my life! It felt like someone was trying to pull my right arm out of its socket and rip it off!! I knew that was a sign of internal bleeding so off to hospital, straight in for surgery and came out with only one Fallopian tube but alive! I was exactly 4 weeks pregnant. I got the BFP at 3 weeks so thought it was odd to get it that early! Can't remember what my levels were but I remember they were very high, I remember hoping that meant it was twins not an ectopic.

But in good news, my friend was like you, they thought it might be ectopic as couldn't see anything, but that turned into her wonderful son, it all turned out good for her. I hope it does for you too x

Also with my ectopic I had no bleeding.
My friend who it all turned out good for had bleeding and cramps. It all settled down and the rest of her pregnancy carried on without drama x

Had bloods done this morning find out results at 4pm then go from there. Not much else I can do apart from wait. Thank you x

Levels are 1387 today have to ring back tomorrow to find out what the doctor wants to do x

Just an update it's ectopic on my ovary holiday cancelled x

Stee1, I'm sorry about your news. the Ectopic Pregnancy Trust was a life line for me post my ectopic.

If you want good news stories, both my boys were concieved fairly easily post tube removal.
