All day nausea

Just that really. And sickness now and then. How is everyone coping? I'm exhausted x

I had this, it was crap. You know you can get medication?

And ps....this too will pass

I had this both times and it's rotten

Mine passed by 14 weeks (this was no great comfort to me second time around when it started at 5 weeks, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel!)

Rest as much as you can, speak to your midwife or GP about medication and eat whatever you can whenever you can.

Boiled sweets, digestive biscuits and bubble gum chewing gum. I don't miss that part of pregnancy at all. I hope it passes soon for you.

Thank you! I'm not at work this week but I go back on Monday - (nursery nurse) and it's really kicked in this week! Managing at home but worried about work.

I'm living off cream crackers and ice lollies!

I have tried no to morning sickness tea, and it helped. I heard sucking on lemon helps (after my morning sickness went away, so I never tried it, but the lemon and lemon peel are the ingredients of this tea). If all else fails and the nausea is bothering you too much, then have your doctor prescribe you something to get rid of nausea. Just take it when you really, really need it. Best wishes
