36wks and started having tightenings every 30 min, after 5 hours was told to come in2 hosp. Turns out i have blood, protein and a bacteria in urine which has set labour off. Was checked internally but cervix had not dialated.Went home in morning and put on antibiotics. Does anybody know if theres a chance my labour could start again? This is my 3rd child and I my other 2 at 38wks. At the moment what i have are period like pains after 3days of antibiotics, could this mean something or what????? Any advice please?

I had tightenings for about a week and a half before my second baby was born. They really were uncomfortable. What did they say about the protein in your urine?

well , from 37 weeks, you could potentially go and not be considered pre term....i would say to take it as easy as you can, which is probably not at all with 2 other children...and look after yourself...there is often no ryhme or reason to labour , but if your other 2 came early then this one might too......

it could mean something, or nothing

have a bath, then lie on your left side and rest and see if anything happens

drink plenty too, dehydration can set of BH
