Really sore hips!

Hi ladies, I'm 8 weeks 2 days pregnant after a successful round of IVF.
My hips have been hurting the last few days but the pain is getting worse and it's starting to really hurt, especially the right one!
Anyone else suffer with sore hips? Any tips on how to help ease the pain?

I had an awful back problem from week 10 - 13 of pregnancy. Paracetamol did nothing so ended up on a paracetamol and codeine prescription.
I went to see an osteopath who did some gentle massage, manipulation and gave me exercises to do. She said it was caused by the hormones relaxing the muscles and tendons. Lots of ice packs to reduce the inflammation (no anti inflammatories allowed) made a big difference too.

You have my sympathies... My right low back, hip and front pelvic area is in crazy discomfort. Nothing helps.
