I feel silly for asking if I could have mastitis as I know it is more of a breastfeeding problem. I am just 13 weeks and woke up during the night with pain and heat in one breast. I noticed a small spot kind of like a pimple just outside areola.
It still hurts on and off although hot water helps. I can see a wider area of red near the pimple now. No fever or anything but I am dehydrated due to hyperemesis. Am reluctant to go to the GP today as I am in there constantly for hyperemesis and just don't feel well enough to make the trip today.
