Hey!

Anyone out there using raspberry leaf ; how much, and has anyone found it successfully for inducing labour instead of just helping at 2nd Stage!?

I'm taking capsules daily and drinking between 1-3 cups per day!

xx

I used it for my first pregnancy. Don't believe it helped me go into labour but my pushing stage wasn't very long at all.

When can you start taking it? Desperate for it to be over....

I drank gallons of it. Meh.

On tea though: fennel tea is wonderful for BF if your going to do that 👍

I took it at 32 weeks with my first, drank it by the gallon and delivered 16 days early, started it at the same point with this pregnancy but taking 2 capsules a day plus 2-3 teas!!
