Morning sickness/all day

So I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant, suffered bad sickness all day since day 1 of my pregnancy. However it's a lot worse today and all I fancy is a bowl of plain ready brek...
However I don't wanna end up feeling worse after eating it so any advice on weather I should be safe to eat it or not please?

Thanks in advance.

I think the only way to find out is to try.
I used to find what worked one day, didn't the next.
If it's what you fancy I think that is a good sign - I went weeks without fancying anything.
Also (way TMI) but I found that if I had a couple of mouthfuls of something, I would be sick and then I found I could have some more without too many problems.
Hope you feel better soon - 'morning' sickness is horrible.
