First time acne!

I've never suffered with spots in my life by I'm 13 weeks pregnant and my forehead is full of bumps it's awful!! And skin care people can please recommend?

Cetaphil cleanser and moisturiser. Very gentle - dermatologists recommend

I was the same, never suffered with spots even as a teenager but by 18 weeks my forehead and chin was covered!
I went to see the doctor who referred me to a dermatologist & he prescribed me Acnecide Benozyl Peroxide 5% cream, which he said is one of the only ones safe to use in pregnancy.
It's worked bloody wonders!
It says give it 8-12 weeks for it to work properly but I've used it every morning & evening for 23 days and it's almost completely gone.
