Bad moods :(

Hey sorry just needed some advice .... having a bad day haven't stopped shouting and I just feel a moody horrible person :(
I'm 7 months the pregnant and have a child too just one of them days I hope xx
Feeling guilty for being so moody now

Hi, don't have much advice but hugs as I've been suffering terribly with being irritable, moody, grumpy and shouty with both my OH and daughter. I'm 6 months now and although eased off slightly I'm noticing a pattern with it. I just warn them if I am and apologise. I feel terrible but I don't seem to have any control over it. I'm going to be speaking to midwife about it at my next weekend.
