6 weeks and contraction type pains

Im 6 weeks 5 days and having contraction like pAins every half an hour. No bleeding. In so much pain and feel i need to clench when the pain starts. Any idea what this could be?

I can't find a way to write this without sounding insensitive, but have you had a number 2 yet today? I've had some severe pains that made me gasp and clench - turned out I needed to 'go'. Always worth ruling it out!

I'm 13+6 and was in absolute agony a few weeks ago. It was gas.
Try not to worry, and see if some peppermint tea helps

Yes lol. It happens after ive had a number 2 lol. Been better since i posted. So hopefully its not gonna happen again

@newmum266 I've been having these pains exactly the same, absolute agony waking me in the night every hour. I even thought I had appendicitis at one point! The doctor said I was ok to take paracetamol, finally after a week of them they have eased off. I'm just under 8 weeks x

Everything is stretching in there - have a lovely bath and curl up with a book or film
