I've just hit 6 weeks and am feeling very nauseous. Likely to get worse for next few weeks. Anyone recommend any sickness remedies?

People say ginger helps, and there's some evidence to back that up. I haven't had it very badly (7 weeks) but I've noticed the nausea gets worse if I get too hungry. So eating smaller meals but more regularly would help. I need to have more snacks on hand. What I'm experiencing is pretty mild though.

I had it really badly both pregnancies and ginger really did help me. Ginger beer (I used to have to let most of the fizz go out of it) and nibbling ginger biscuits helped massively when I couldn't face anything else.
