Always speak to the mw if you are concerned about something, no matter how trivial you think it is.

yes you should call her .. I can almost bet that you've pulled a muscle or a ligament and its nothing to do with the baby .. but yes call her

unlikely you have hurt the baby...very well cushioned in there..more likely a muscle strain that will hurt you, from tensing as you felt yourself fall....

but i would definitely call the midwife, you need reassurance, x

Hope you managed to get hold of the mw. If you can't, try ringing the mws at the maternity ward - they're usually v helpful.

FWIW, I remember some positions that DS got himself into in the womb being v uncomfortable. Have you tried resting on your hands and knees to take the strain off a bit?
