Early positive on a pound shop test?

DH and I have been trying to conceive DC2 for a couple of months now. AF isn't due until Saturday but I've had constant nausea for the last few days.

I did a pound shop test (it says to test from 1st day of missed period) and a faint line appeared after about 10 minutes? Does this mean it's an early positive? I really really hope so but I am not sure how reliable these tests are?

I will buy a first response in the morning, but am so excited so want to know for sure now!

Exciting! Don't think it should take that long for the second line to appear, could be an "evaporation line"?

I'd say 10 minutes is too long to read a result. Test again in the morn.

Line should really appear same time as darker one, good luck with your test tomorrow Smile

Here's my pound shop test from four days before af was due and it was a positive. I'm 6+1 now

I tested again this morning with a first response, and 2 clear lines appeared straight away. I'm over the moon!
