Thrush Treatment

Hello! At my last midwife appointment I ask about using Canisten thrush treatment, the cream and pessary she said is safe to use...

When buying that today it says on the box not to use if pregnant or trying to conceive...

Is it safe or not? Confused!! 😫 haha

You can use the pessary, but do not use the applicator. To be honest your midwife should have prescribed it to you as the licensed use for buying medicines is very rarely the same as when prescribed hence the warning on the box - the company will not accept any liability if anything goes wrong.

Yes it's safe. Insert with fingers. You should have got it on prescription
