My MW is doing a little survey as so many mums to be tell her their baby dances to certain music. A friend of mine thinks her baby dances to the Coronation Street theme song. Mine is to any Duran Duran or 'Chelsea Dagger' by The Fratelli's.

Does anyone else notice this?

They are meant to reconise and remember the songs once they have been born.

My daughter used to wriggle to most Disney songs especially Beauty and the Beast or Lion King.
She is now 13 days old and still recognises them.

I cant wait to see if he still likes Duran Duran. As my mum and myself love them and go and see them lots she wants to take him when he is older.

No particular music, but poor little thing went bananas during climactic shootout scenes in 'Hot Fuzz'!

I play in a band, both my DSs reacted to the music when inside and inparticular DS1 when he was born, was calmed by the sound of the band
