Early scan not matching

I was referred for a suspected ectopic pregnancy to the EPU, just got back from the scan, pregnancy isn't ectopic, it's where it should be. My date from LMP is 6 weeks 6 days. From ovulation i should be 5 weeks 4 days. (I got positive opk on 14th, so this is guessing I ovulated on 16th) Scan shows sac measuring 5.3mm - she said just under 5 weeks 😕 with a yolk sac. No embryo yet so rescanning in 7 days. Pain was caused by a cyst on my ovary. I'm worried now 🙁😳

My dates have been early compared to scan dates all 3 times and the babies have been born on my dates. Hope it all works out for you too. x

First time around my dates were 28 days out, this time only 3 days out (based on LMP vs. Scan). Hopefully the next scan will give you some reassurance
