I've been awake the last 2 nights blowing my nose and have a sore throat. Anyone else have the joys of this?

Not runny nose but I suffer with blocked nose and headaches Sadx

There's a saline nasal spray that's safe to use during pregnancy. Could it possibly be of benefit?
