Confused about dates! 5 or 6 weeks?

Hello!

My last AF was on 1st April, I have long cycles usually 32-33 days. I have been using 2 tracking apps, flo and ovia. Flo says I'm 6 weeks pregnant and Ovia says 5 - which is right? I don't understand it at all.

I'm leaving towards Ovia, it seems more reliable?

Okay, my LMP was 23rd March. I am 6 weeks 4 days. I'm thinking you'd be 5weeks... days?

That makes sense! I just don't understand why the other app think its 6 weeks, perhaps not allowing extra days for long cycle.

I really don't know!! The apps are all so different aren't they. X

The 1st day of your lmp is the date your gp will go from so you'll be 5+2. Don't be too shocked if your edd changes at your dating (12 week) scan though. I have longer cycles & mine has usually shifted back by 3-5 days. Congratulations!

Ovia says 5 weeks 2 days so I am trusting that from now on :)
