Panic attacks

Hi everyone, I've always suffered with anxiety / panic attacks. I'm just over 11 weeks and recently my partner has told me he doesn't want a baby. This has caused me to have continous panic attacks/ constant racing heart and chest pains. I'm really worried that this could cause a m/c , I've also had a bump (aware this is probably bloat) and woken up with a completely flat tummy! I know I'm probably being silly just looking for some reassurance.

Hey, just wanted to reply as no one else has.
I think I'm 6 weeks myself, I do have a supportive partner, and we both wanted this, but have been arguing a lot, and his anger is tipping me over the edge slightly, but we are getting there.
I also suffer with major anxiety, and previously have had major panic attacks.
I had a course of one on one CBT for my anxiety and panic attacks that I was really skeptical about, but really worked. I no longer have panic attacks, and when I'm feeling anxious I can snap myself out of it.
I would say maybe it is worth arranging some sort of help for yourself through your GP, who can refer you, if you haven't tried already, because it does work, and you want to be as mentally healthy as you can for your baby. Panic attack symptoms wont be doing them much good either I cant imagine.
Just try and stay calm - not that that helps - and focus on yourself and sorting your panic and anxiety out, and don't worry about your partner, look at it as sorting yourself out for your baby, and keeping them safe. If your partner is sticking around and being supportive even though he says hes not keen, It doesn't sound all bad.
No one I've been with has been much help or understanding with my panic and anxiety. So that's one thing, once it becomes more real, and baby arrives, how can he not fall in love. Xx
