I'm in desperate need of healthy food suggestions I'm 28 weeks pregnant and eating everything in site! Even when my cupboards are empty I still manage to find junk! Any suggestions please .. meals and snacks I don't mind I just know I'm eating so badly and I feel terrible d

I'm 19weeks, appetite has been on and off through the pregnancy, but because the weather is warm, I only have a real need to drink cold juice and I rarely eat which is not good!
How about making some tuna pasta up with peppers and low fat mayo, it's quite filling (for me anyway)
I do have random 'I need food right now' moments and raid the kitchen. I have started to make wraps, just chuck some salad and meat on there and quick food. Plus it's salad... So um healthy. Otherwise I just have a yoghurt and an ice lolly...

See I'm eating anything that isn't nailed down!! Tuna pasta is great but then I eat enough to feed an army.. maybe I should bulk it out as you say add some peppers and some sweet corn maybe make it more filling! It's so upsetting coz I don't want to eat but I can't stop myself lol I looked at a picture of myself at about 18 weeks and then one that was taken yesterday and to me I look so big in the face I know I shouldn't care and I wouldn't if I knew I was eating well! ☹️ X

Keep a pot of home made soup in the fridge and make sure you have plenty of fruit, yoghurt and granary bread for toast on hand.

Also keep well hydrated as it's possible you're not as hungry as you think.
