Should I be concerned that I haven't had any implantation bleeding this time around? I'm 4+4. Last pregnancy I bleed on / off for a week (week 3-4). I did miscarry that time though. I'm convinced now that it's a sign that I haven't implanted into the womb. Last time they thought it was ectopic but it seemed to resolve itself...one scanner thought they saw something in in right Fallopian tube. Anyone else worrying about everything?
