I'm only 6 weeks but have started getting restless legs this evening. Had it badly with DS but I don't remember it starting till nearly 3rd trimester.

Anyone else had it this early? Do not fancy another 8 months of this!

I had this from fairly early, try warms baths, short walks (like up the road and back), a maternity pillow and spikey massage balls (can buy the latter from eBay or amazon). These have all helped me, at different stages, with wrestless legs AND sciatica.

Took me 40 weeks first pregnancy to figure out the magic formula but have been using it from day 1 this time and a million times better! Before bed: shower cold water then hot then cold again on your legs. Massage them especially calves with aloe jelly (bought mine from the supermarket for 3 quid) and do a few leg stretches sat on your bed e.g. ballet point and flex toes, stretch as far as you can towards touching your toes. Hope it helps!

I suffered/ suffer with RLS and my widwife advised a small glass of tonic water 30mins before bed and it has worked a treat for me. Some people talk of the risks of the quinine, but it is a personal choice , after reading up I decided I would use it.
