Hypnobirthing Book

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a good book on hypnobirthing? Nothing too intense just something to help me achieve a positive mental attitude? I know there re older posts on this but thought I would start a fresh one as there are so many new books out too - Thanks in advance:-) xx

I would highly recommend the Katharine Graves Hypnobirthing book. It comes with a relaxation audio as well and is really easy to read and use. Good luck with your pregnancy :-)
