Hi all im new to this site. I have 2 children already and myself and my husband joked last month when my period was 5 days late that I was pregnant due to the fact we only use condoms although we thought it would be very unlikely. So we thought a 3rd child wouldnt be so bad,we'd cope it'd be nice so using this as an excuse we had unprotected sex on the 16th April. The next day the 17th April my period came so I was just late it was a full heavy 5 day period not spotting. So we dropper the subject until randomly the beginning of this week 1st of may we decided to actively try for baby number 3 so after 2 days of not using protection I thought I'd check my fertile days and it just happened to be on the 1st 2nd and 3rd of may. I tend to know when I'm ovulating it's quite obvious to me without going into detail. Anyway this morning I randomly decided to do a test knowing it'd be negative because it's ridiculously too early to test but the last two days I'd had slight cramping not painful but noticable. It's positive. Very very faint but I can see something. So either it's a faulty test or did I get pregnant from the night before my period came ? I know this is very unlikely but from what I've read not impossible? Also I'm sure I've ovulated this week so am I right to question the possibility of twins ? I'm just a bit baffled
