Bloated?

Is this normal? I'm 5 weeks pregnant and so bloated it's uncomfortable. Plus I have low down tummy cramps, rather like af but not painful? X

Yes, afraid so- the progesterone slows your digestive system down. So you'll have a bloatbaby for most of the first trimester

cramping is fairly usual as well. Implantation and everything starting to stretch out/grow. As long as you are not bleeding

As PP have said, totally normal and actually a good sign
