Bare with me because its a vbit long winded! So my work allows for pregnancy related sick days so I don't get a bollocking for being off which is good.
I was meant to be working today but off the rest of the week until next Monday because I had a week off for holiday. I've now been told I need to ring tomorrow and let them know if I'm taking the rest of the week as pregnancy related sickness or holiday.
Does this make sense to anyone else? Can't tell if it's my baby brain or not Confused

Are you off today for pregnancy related illness? If so, and if you would have needed more time off for it then you need to take more days off sick.

If you would have gone back tomorrow, but arent only because you have annual leave, theb it stays as holiday.

It's so they can give you more holiday if you have been sick on annual leave

If you are still sick take it as sickness as pregnancy related sickness cannot be used against you. This will mean you still have the holiday to use at another time.

Oh thank you all for explaining, it makes more sense now!
