Bleeding after bowel movement

I'm 10 weeks and had a scan at 8 weeks showed a heartbeat. this morning I had a poo and strained a bit of pink blood strained loo roll. No pain but needing to wee lots. Booked for a scan Wednesday what are my chances?

I had this happen a few times and I was scanned and all is well. X

Where did the blood come from? I had thus and it was just piles x

I've also had this 3 times. 22 weeks nearly and all had been fine on scans etc

I thought too my skin has been bad like when I found out I was pregnant and this was around the time I would normally have a period so it May be that. Not sure if I should bother with scan
